We must receive all summer prep forms by June 1st, unless you enroll after that date, in which case, forms are due immediately, and before arrival. Failure to provide forms by June 1st may result in registration postponement and possible cancelation. No refunds on tuition are granted after June 1st. A $250 late forms fee will be assessed for any forms we receive after June 1st. We advise sending in all preparation forms as soon as possible. Contact us with any concerns. Thank you.
