We must receive all required forms by June 1st, or the enrollment may be cancelled and/or your child's start date will be postponed until we receive all completed forms and/or medications. Failure to provide items by June 1st will result in the forfeiture of any stated or previously agreed upon refund policy. A $250 late forms fee will be assessed if the camp does not receive preparation forms within SEVEN days prior to a child’s start at camp. If enrollment occurs after June 1st, forms are due asap.
